Disability Support Worker (Daily Living & Community Access)
Role Overview: Provide hands-on assistance with everyday tasks, personal care, domestic support, and community participation for NDIS participants across Victoria.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily personal care routines, meal preparation, and light household management.
Support participants during community access, social outings, and recreational activities.
Provide safe and reliable transport to appointments and events.
Maintain clear documentation, progress notes, and communication logs.
Mandatory Requirements
To ensure high standards of care and safety for our participants, applicants must possess or be willing to obtain:
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or active clearance)
Working with Children Check (WWCC) (Employee status)
Current First Aid & CPR Certification (HLTAID011 / HLTAID009)
Valid Driver’s Licence & Reliable Vehicle (Comprehensive insurance required for transport roles)
Proof of Right to Work in Australia
